I only had 24" of wall space (width) to hang all my brooms, shovels, light bulb poles, etc. Hummm, how to do that when the two garden tool organizers are over 30" in width? Well, here's how . . . stack 'em and offset 'em. I mounted one organizer hard to the left, moved down (lower) about 2 feet, and mounted the other one hard to the right. That gave me all the room I needed for the big broom and shovel heads and more than enough room for all the long handles without the normal clutter. The two-foot offset made the difference. See, technically I used over 30" of space by lowering one organizer about 2 feet below the other but actually, only used the 24" of total width space I had. Then, I used the 6" overlapped space for the shorter handled tools, like dusters, toilet plungers and long-handled tire brushes. Pretty? Naaaa. Did the trick in a small space? Youuuuuu bet cha!
