The frame is solid, makes no sounds and doesn't wobble when moving. The lift mechanism works well. However the instructions are very poorly made. Many pieces are directional but not illustrated and it is not very apparent until you get several steps further. I am mechanically inclined and read blue prints and schematics all the time at work almost daily. This was frustrating to put together. It was easy to take apart and flip the pieces but time consuming. I would still recommend this frame to my friends and family I would just write them a list of parts that are directional that the instructions do not explain or give you tips for each step so you know how to orientate the pieces correctly. It wasn't hard to do just frustrating because many of the parts share the same part number but there is a head and foot end to each of the parts. 2 people would make it easier to assemble but I didn't have any problems the two times it took me to get it assembled correctly.It's good quality and provides lots of storage. The only negative thing I can say is that parts are not clearly marked and the assembly directions can be confusing therefore it's easy to make a mistake, then you have to disassemble and reassemble to ensure parts are going in the right direction. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this productWas missing the right amount of screws. I was not able to install the hydraulic lifts. So I can not use the underneath compartment.Takes a few hours to assemble but directions were easy to follow At first got wrong color and customer service was excellent! Fixed problem quickly. Shipped quickly. Very happy w service. Cost is appropriate and bed looks good.Make sure you assemble the piston with the thicker end on top. Image instructions showed it the other way around and was not able to close.I delivered for a furniture company for 10 years, so I’ve built thousands of beds lol. This is well designed and easy to assemble, it looks awesome and is solid. Gotta be the best one of this storage type I ever came across. Only wish the shipping wasn’t so much, but I get it.Great bed for the money and lots of storage... assembly was relatively easy and the hydraulic make it easy to open and stay openIs great quality but could have had clearer instructions worth the money
